Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that sometimes life happens and you may have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With that being said, in order to protect myself and my income, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you’ll be charged a late fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. If you cancel or no show day of the appointment, you will be charged a no show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service. When booking, I require a card to be on file in the case of a late cancellation or no show.
